Yes that time is upon us once again, everyone is preparing for the final exams and when completed our shores will be flooded by horney matrix coming to Margate to end their school year with a “bang”. Still fresh in my memory were some of the crowd i met last year… dudes behave… I distinctively remember the young couple I stumbled upon by accident on Margate Beach engaging in a steamy session of you know what, come to think of it how uncomfortable could such an experience be?  Imagine the sand in places that…. well you know what I mean, anyway this year it is expected that we will have more ppl engaging in the migration to piss of the locals and to celebrate, that is according to an undisclosed source in the Departments of Education. Rumor has it that we can expect a pass-rate in excess of 65% Eish i cant believe but lets see. I am planning to cover this migration to the finest detail and will surely interview and do a few students and update the blog as the “Jol of the year unfolds”, make sure to checkout our flicker group where the bikini babes, topless chicks and horney batstard’s photos will be uploaded so stay tuned…..

The Grinch Who Stole Christmas

Posted by Bullocks On September - 30 - 2009

Yes, it is almost that time of the year again… a time for joy and celebration.  The word “celebration” can almost be used as a synonym for spending.  We all penny pinch throughout the year in order to enjoy a well deserved holiday.  Unfortunately this is a vicious cycle that repeats itself year after year.

With continues increases in the cost of living, we all have been forced to tighten our belts.  It is always astonishing to see how consumers are governed by advertisements encouraging further debt.  Deemed as “Silly Season”, the festive period’s excessive spending leads to a financial hangover in January.

To counteract the problem, try planning ahead and establish how much credit facility you intend utilizing during the festive period.  The National Credit Act has cut down on financial institutions granting easy personal loans.  Should you qualify for a personal loan, verify your monthly payments before signing on the proverbial dotted line.

Avoid swiping your card for unnecessary items.  Rather work with cash.  Debt payments should be kept to a maximum of 30% of your net income and existing accounts should be settled before spending on luxury items.  Avoid penalty and interest charges by settling your accounts prior to the due date.  Nobody enjoys an empty wallet, but remember to use discretion when spending your hard earned money.  Avoid turning short term debt into long term debt to increase your cash flow.  Differentiate between wants and needs…if you don’t need it, don’t buy it.

Budget carefully in order for you, and your family, to reap the long term benefits associated with the wisdom of controlling your spending urges.

Welcome!

Posted by Jason Keays On September - 29 - 2009

To our readers, hello and welcome.

Welcome to an alternatively-driven website, where you can expect to be in the know about almost anything and everything concerning you. Our hopes are that this very blog will be a cornerstone for you. Not just an information outlet, but an area of participation, where you can get involved… submit what you want, when you want.

Expozed.co.za is about evoking the senses… now, excuse the cliche, but this is a domain for you to voice your likes and dislikes. For you to blurt about how much of a bad day you’ve had, or how much of a good day for that matter. Who, what, when, where and why. Find answers to questions you have, learn about the classy and not-so-classy attractions in your area.

Me, I am based in Cape Town, or the “Mother City” as they (whoever that is) call it. Yes, I could tell you about all the tourist-driven, rip-off attractions around where I live, but if one were to  suss out the fineprint… as in explore, be adventurous and chuck out the mapbook or GPS for the duration of your stay… then you could be doing something you won’t regret. Cape Town is loaded with incredibly under-rated hideouts, which are unfortunately overshadowed by more over-rated attractions for example… – cough – … let’s just say Nelson’s ol’ den. ‘Nuff said.

I look forward to making a worthy contribution to the millions out there. The ball will be rolling, and hopefully quickly. For now, this is my mode of voice, to you, the prospective reader.

Blog out!

Peace & Respect
